A few years ago we moved out to the country and if you move to the country, it’s pretty necessary to get chickens. Once you get chickens, you need goats, and LGDs… and if my little boy gets his heart’s desire, we are eventually going to add a pet pig to the craziness! When school started, he was asked how many pets he had… 22. Yup. On the other side of this screen I am a slave for 22 different barnyard animals and pets. All that to say, I had photographed families and pets in the past, but then came the livestock animals. It’s a whole different vibe to photography, but really rewarding and joyful!
